Walking is the slowest way to move and this rhythm enables you to observe and getting to know places better by leaving enough space to our instinct of curiosity and discovery, why not as we were little kids.
While you are walking you take conscious of your own body as it was a downright engine, your legs, your breath, your heartbeat, your fatigue.
Mind and body get amalgameted little by little becoming part of the surrounding spaces.
A stop for a photo, the observation of a bird prey in flight, of clouds shaped by wind, of a twisted juniper, a bath into the wonderful sea and a frugal meal in front of a fire; all this and much more can be experienced in the Supramonte region.
Jlune proposes trekking excursions that vary according to the level of participants and some itineraries that can be matched to some abseiling.
